Green bananas ship at 13.3°C. Half a degree colder and they get chilling injury. Warmer and they ripen at sea and arrive brown. Holding that line for four weeks is the entire job.

03 / How it ships
Four steps, and you see every one of them.
You send the spec.
Product, grade, quantity, port and the week you need it.
We price it.
FOB, CFR or CIF under Incoterms 2020, with the port named. Written, with the packing and the loading temperature on it.
You check it.
Third party pre-shipment inspection is welcome. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own agent.
It loads, and you get the papers.
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or halal certificate.

How do I know you are a real company?
Licence 244381, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, first registered in 1996. D-U-N-S 534447461. Ask for the trade licence and a bank reference and we will send both before you commit to anything.
Can I inspect the goods before they ship?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Use SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own agent. We book the inspection into the loading schedule.
What terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF. Payment by letter of credit at sight, or telegraphic transfer. Terms go in writing before anything moves.
What is your minimum order?
One full container. Mixed loads on request, depending on the products and the temperature they need.
What if the quality is not what was agreed?
The specification and the loading temperature are written into the contract, and the inspection report is the reference. That is why we want the inspection.
Where do you ship to?
We buy worldwide and we ship worldwide. Dubai sits inside four hours' flying of two and a half billion people, which is the reason the company is here.
How quickly do you reply?
Same working day, Monday to Saturday, Gulf Standard Time.
